Except for 1 cheat meal a week (or two in EXCEPTIONAL circumstances, such as family birthdays), I will consume no
• Alcohol
• Caffeine
• Dairy
• Grains
• Legumes
• Nuts & seeds (Exceptions: Up to ¼ cup of sunflower seeds; the occasional Brazil nut or macadamia)
• Sweeteners (incl. artificial)
• White potatoes
For any day that I don’t meet this commitment, I will transfer $10 from my allowance to Andrew’s
