Thursday I did step aerobics at 4:15 and Friday I did cardio kick boxing at 4:30. that's 5 days this week! I bought a step platform, going to try to do 30 minute sessions on the weekends.

I will not be doing weights twice a week, I am not ready for that LOL. Stick with weights on Mondays only until I am not a walking Jello Jiggler.
