I've worked out now more than twice this week. Haven't had any alcohol in 11 days. Studied last weekend - and will this weekend (Finnish)

It's going well! I have added a third day to my training sessions with Mark, during which I run as a warm up. I ran both weekend mornings. And, I haven't had any alcohol since Saturday (seems like forever!). Spent part of Sunday reading for fun :-)
