Swam yesterday, so yes a full seven days honoring my need to be active. Woohoo for me! Alas, a tight budget is going to keep me from the pool in August, but I intend to get back to it in Sept. One of the keys to getting in the exercise 7 days is not getting sick (obviously) and engaging in mild exercise even if I'm not feeling especially perky. I may try one or two days a week of more intense exercise, I'm going to be conservative about that right now because it's so hot and humid out.

Sounds like you are doing awesome, Jen. I like how you write down each day's activity - maybe I will start doing that too. It seems useful. I'm sorry for being MIA the last week or so - I was out of town twice this past month and, believe it or not, I have been SO focused on getting this course done that I have neglected a few other things! Now that is a first for me, but hey, I am not complaining!

today swam--leisurely--and walked dogs in the evening--even did a speed-walk and a little jogging with the last dog at dusk.

yep, swam Monday and yard work yesterday--could be I'll get in all seven this week. I don't currently see any reason why not.
