StockNBond commits to:
Workout on weights 3x per week (doesn't count if I don't break a sweat). Do cardio 3x per week (different cardio machine each time). Must sweat. No sugar foods (cookies, donuts, sugar cereal or sugar on cereal, no candy, 2-3 servings of fruit and veges each day, protein shake 1-2 times per day. No fast food. Granola bars from gym ok.
