Establish and maintain consistent email habits by (a) spend 15 minutes three times a day answering that days emails and previous emails, (b) responding to student emails within 24-48 hours, (c) acting on incoming emails by filing them in the appropriate folder when answered or deleting them and (d) to reduce the overall number of emails in my inbox to less than 100 by the end of this contract
