| Blogged about "Carrots and Sticks" and how I disagree with using negative reinforcement as motivator (I'm a Positive Reinforcement supporter- Punishment is completely ineffective and negative reinforcement only trains bare minimum behavior). But I'll give this commitment contract the ol' college try. | |
