I was able to allocate at least an hour each night to completing paperwork this week. Overall, I felt that the commitment contract was successful. I did miss 3 days total of the 4 weeks due to circumstances associated with my medical issues. It was difficult setting aside an hour each night for paperwork because of school demands and a difficult work schedule after returning back to work from medical leave. |

Each day this week I was able to set aside an hour or more to complete paperwork. I was able to allocate a little more time than an hour especially with payroll being due. This was one of the easiest weeks to complete the paperwork and abide by the contract. It feels as though the hour each night is getting built into my routine, making it easier to complete my goal each week. I was also able to get on track and set up my documents for this upcoming week Saturday and this morning (Sunday). |

I was able to set aside an hour each day this week to complete paperwork. On certain days I had the capability to put in more than the allotted time of one hour in which i took advantage of. I was able to get ahead a little with documentation and reports to alleviate falling behind and to also make sure I stay on track to obtain my goal. |

4/1/16
Due to being placed on bedrest after being discharged from the hospital I was unsuccessful with reaching my goal this week. I was unable to meet with clients Monday 3/28, therefore there was no paperwork to be completed. I was, however, able to catch up on monthly reports and begin paperwork associated with the upcoming sessions. I was able to set aside an hour or more each night Tuesday-Friday this week to remain on task with reaching my goal. |
