The guidelines are defined as a total of 2041 calories. This is broken down into the following macronutrients. 30% or 151 grams will be dedicated to Carbohydrates. 40% or 204 grams will be dedicated to Protein. 30% or 69 grams will be dedicated to Fat. Each one of these targets have a variant of plus or minus 5 grams.

I was able to keep my carbs in check this week and meet my overall weekly goals. I earned the reward for this week but because I did not meet my goals for two weeks I do not get my overall prize.

I did not meet my goal this week because I didnt realize how much sugar Smoothing King puts in their drinks. I thought they were suppose to be healthy but having 112 carbs in one small drink seems a bit much to me. I have learned my lesson and will not make the same mistake again next week.

I was able to again meet my goals for the week. The protein goals gave me the hardest time but I was able to eat enough protein per day to meet the goals. I will be able to get the reward for this week.

I was able to lower my carb goals this week and meet my goals. This was a challenge as I was still on the road a lot this week but I was able to do it.
