I am finding that graphing my data is motivating in itself to continually see the increase in minutes jogged.

I have successfully completed my goal for week one. I found it difficult to start the first day jog (I was dreading it) but once completed I found it very refreshing and made me feel good. Day 2 I did not have that same negative feeling towards it and completed with no problems. Day three was a breeze.
