areisinger commits to:
Lifting weights for one hour at a time, three days a week. Lifting weights is defined as using ones arms, legs, and/or hands to operate weight-lifting machinery that targets specific muscle groups with the goal of building muscle. I will push and/or pull enough weight to cause resistance in my muscles, but not too little or too much weight for my fitness level, muscle mass, and/or body weight.
