| Finally on the tail end of this commitment project, and things have gone really well. I have been able to stick to my plan and dedicate extra study time every day, as well as earn some pretty nice rewards at the end of each week. My husband has been a great supporter in this as well as the reinforcers that were set into place at the beginning. It has been quite an experience and I think I will be able to use this type of plan in the future for more goals and in the workplace with clients. | |

| This week has gone much like the last few, with increased and more structured study time really helping me stay on task with the weeks assignments, and getting some great rewards as well. My husband has been really helpful with supporting me and keeping me on task when I have some moments of weakness and just want to skip it, and the motivation has been key. I think I was able to pull off some pretty good exam scores because of the extra study time, which is just going to pay off more in the long run with finals right around the corner. | |

| This week has been going really well. Like last week, I have been able to stick to the plan and the expectation of the reward tier to follow has been pretty motivational, as well as noticing that my test scores have had some positive results from increasing my specific dedicated studying, instead of just cramming at the last day or so that I would have before a test day. So far so good with this contract. | |

| So far this week there have been no misses of study time, and everything is on track for the first reinforce to be earned, as well as I have noticed studying for tests and completing assignments has been a bit easier than usual. It would appear that the dedicated study time is more than beneficial in the long run, but also in the short term. | |
