| Success! I was able to keep up with my water in take. This week I had to mix it up since I forgot my water bottle a couple of times but I still managed to keep my goal. I found that I do better with the water bottle than without it. I also had to add some fruit to the water one day since I was bored. | |

| What a good week! This week was surprisingly simple! My husband bought me a really cool water bottle (32 oz) and I started using it. I found out that I was drinking more water and more often with the water bottle than when I timed it with the regular bottled waters. I just had to make sure that I kept track of how many 32oz bottles I took a day and annotated. | |

| The week went good, I kept track of the water consumption based on the time of the day. It did however get very challenging when the schedule begun to get very busy. I had to start to set up reminders on the phone just in case I missed a time. By the end of the day I did start to get tired of just water though so I started adding fruit to it by Wednesday morning. | |

| This week was a little tough at the beginning of the week with a new job and trying to keep up with the requirements of this behavior contract. Monday and Tuesday were the most difficult. Wednesday started off difficult until it occurred to me to schedule my water intake based on different times of the day. My new plan is to wake up and start with 1 water bottle and then every two hours after that intake one bottle. | |
