This behavioral contract is being written to increase completion of care and repair projects of Suzannah Murray’s home to a minimum of one hourly project a week until May 15th. At this time, the house will be suitable enough to place on the market to sell. Home improvement projects operationally defined as “one hour of work and repair directly implemented to the house so that it improves home quality.” Home improvement can include, but is not limited to: painting, throwing unneeded items away,

| This weekend was harder as it took me forever to buy the plants and products for my gardening project. I spent at least an hour at lowes. Also, my daughter had surgery so that took up a chunk of free time that I usually have for home improvement. I feel like I should get a do-over on this week as I did really try to do it, but life is complicated! | |

| Did 15 minutes of cleaning and reorganizing the bathroom cabinet that's been a mess. Then 30 minutes planting clippings in the backyard- don't know if it will take though as my 2 year old was "helping" and a little rough with the plants. Then I spent another 15 picking up trash and broken glass in backyard, and pooper-scoopering after my dog. | |
