| I have kept at this, however am finding it very difficult from being distracted by family life among other things. Praying for strength. | |

| So I've found that my brain is much more alert at night so, I've opted to meditate on God's word before bedtime. I've also found, the best method of doing this is via audio versions of the bible. | |
