이번주 저녁을 두번 굶었다. 한번은 피자를 한번은 스테이크를 포식했다.

Fat was 19.9%. 어제 저녁에 농구하고선 저녁을 굶었다. 비빔밥한끼랑 야채쥬스 한잔 마셨다. 아마 금방 bounce back 할것 같다.
