OK...
So I am unsure about this week.
It was quite a mess and I don't know how do judge it.

I've been trekking on Sunday for 6-7 hours. This was a trip actually, but it exhausted me. It wasn't planned to count as an exercise...

The whole week went by quite chaotically and the next physical workout was only on Saturday evening...!!!
I've done again a one hour routine at home with 3 sets for 10 exercises.
I feel I am now more in shape than the last times. Found this routine to be easier than the previous ones, although I did more stuff. And no cranky muscles the day after.

trained twice.
One on Wednesday (I think). Did a long one - about 70 minutes. many sets, but not too difficult ones.
It's getting better from last times, but I still feel much weaker than a year ago.

Second one was Saturday. About 45 minutes. This one was probably a bit too easy - maybe the muscles catching up. But nevertheless I feel like I am not capable of reaching stamina as in the past. Should try a bit heavier weights. Did not want to do it too long because Sunday I've been trekking on a big trip

Had difficulties this week.
One exercise was early, already on Sunday, but the second one was very very late - Saturday night, finished it at 22:30.

First exercise was like the last one previous week: one set of push ups and one of pull ups. Still felt my muscles very tired. Only managed to do 6 pull ups very very roughly. Did stretching and went on a 4.3 kms tour. 3 of them where done running in a very very slow pace.

The second exercise was at home. Stretching and then sets of 8 different exercises. The push ups and pull ups are still considerably more terrible than the other exercises. Sets were quite varied. Did a bit chest, back, shoulder, legs, abs, arms.

Sunday tried doing the P90X chest and back exercise. Was completely crushed by just a third of it. Lots of different push ups and pull ups. Also got "tafus" all over for a few days later.

On Wednesday tried doing push-ups but my muscles were so tired I could only manage to do 8. Then only 4 pull ups. Went running. Did a track of 4.3 kms out of which 3 km slow pace running (in one sequence). The rest was walking. The whole track tool 34 minutes totally.
