Today I had an apple for breakfast thinking that a fruit would substitute as a prebiotic. However, because I got curious, I found out that apple is also a prebiotic food. Now I have two options to include in my first meal. Either I have an apple or I have a banana.

I should take note that whenever I eat, I should always eat the good stuff first. In other words, healthy food to least healthy food
