4/13/16 I was able to take a brisk walk after having a buffet dinner at Vikings in SM Megamall. Although I was sad because of the things that I needed to do, I was able to reduce my stress by walking after dinner. |

| Since I was able to eat 4 slices of thin crust pizza from Shakey's along with a handful of mojos, I decided that I should complete my 10,000 steps commitment for today. So, in line with this commitment, I walked outside Ateneo after my PH 162 class as a sort of brisk walk after dinner. | |
