Yeah, what Lisa said! Change the way you "count" exercise! I count my daily dog walks as 15 minutes of "exercise" even tho the slow pace of Jasmine's stop-n-sniff makes it barely even movement!

Did you know that "exercising" can also include grocery shopping (walking in from the parking lot and all around the store), gardening, and even cooking? (going to the pantry, reaching the high shelves) Yes, that's right....it's not all about super-high heart rates all the time! Keep smiling and have some fun!
