我最近所领悟的道理:
1. 象和骑手。怎么让象跑起来?---- 一些trigger,怎么让象跑起来一直不停下?---- 一直保持happy,or有正相反馈。Remaining Question:如何在象跑起来的时候良好地控制它?让它的精力不被别的事物所attract?

2. 环境在于选择。你几分钟内所做的事情,决定你未来几个小时,几天,甚至几年的基本状态。比如,吃饭的时候看电视,直接导致未来几个小时的玩儿。这是已经反复验证了的。

3. 环境无处不在。比如你睡觉前非要敷面膜,就等于隐性得设定了“必须要等20分钟再睡觉”的基本法。会极大地影响自己。通过改变环境,进一步改变自己。

4. 似乎弄懂了如何保持高效率,不让心情往复循环的方法:a. 在心里默认的deadline,或者大象认为一定要跑的trigger开始时,骑手跟上,每天全力记录,集中,确保每天有效率,有收获,有正相反馈。同时,这个时候非常容易生气和跑神,要注意不能让精力被无关紧要的事情消耗(不行睡一觉就是another day)或引走(环境的选择非常重要)。精力不被损耗,就没有restore energy的需求,就没有在家一躺多少天的必要。同时,掌握住关键的,高危的可能点,保证不给反面trigger任何可乘之机。
b. 完成计划的关键,在于随机应变。自己计划出来的效率精确到时间点。但是,实际完成中,会出现许多不可控因素,因此,要想完成计划,除记住保持心情舒畅,心情第一的基本法之外,要敢于压缩计划,采取不择手段的方法等等。
c. 了解自己,了解事件和环境对自己大象的影响。大象认为什么重要,什么不重要,一定要知道。什么情况下,它会跑起来,就一定要跟上,一定要维持。什么情况下,它是肯定没有任何积极性的,这时候一定要尽快地reset(睡觉,抒发etc) or restore (看武侠片等)。

Achievement for today:
1. improved the algorithm for test outputs
2. thought through how to compare them and would add one more test
3. emailed chen+song
everyday hassle:
1. sent the buddha (buda) beads out
2. asked for the key
personal growth:
1. read the book "elephant and the rider"
2. communicate with one chatting friend, know should sleep earlier everyday.
3. kept the internet disconnected for a while, while working
Reflection:
1. would like to keep the internet disconnected while working in future. otherwise, it really disturbs and time wasting.
2. would stay polite. would not yell to others again! that's really rude! u need to force someone, but not by violence!

ok... today's work list...

humm... let's have a look..
1. modify the program a little bit 10 min
2. do some tests on myself 1 hr
3. have a look of the tests results. 1-2 hr
4. make a plan for tmr's test 20 min
5. reply prof. chen's email 20 min
6. write the 1st part of thesis 0.5 hr
7. make a plan of future thesis writing 0.5-1 hr
8. pack up everything
