This goal was ill defined and more than I could handle. However it's helped me move in the right direction. Next weeks goal is much more specific.

It was a rough week and I didn't get anywhere close to my accomplishing my goal. However, I did cut way down on my calories and sugar intake which is the right step in the direction I'm headed. Next week my goal is going to be more specific.

Well, it's been a struggle. I need to have standards about when and where I will or will not eat sugar foods. My long term objective is to loose body fat percentage and so I need to have "treats" less often. So how often should that be? What do I want my body fat percentage to be? I haven't answered those questions yet. For example: I used to say I only eat "treats" at home or only at work or etc. depending on my situation. Most of my temptations happen at work, so I probably need to cross off eating "treats" at work.

It's been rough. The first day I did very well with controlling how often and how much I ate. But I did have chinese take out and some m & m's for dinner. Since the cravings are so strong right now I'm doing to alter the goal to eating no candy, deserts, or restaurant food.
