-at least 2 Times the week strength-Workouts -at least 2x30min cardio Workouts -6 days the week clean eating with Focus on Protein and Vitamins, high Quality Carbs (e.g. Whole grains) At the end of challenge: - i have 12 cm less belly circumference and defined sixpack - more than 3 cm Arms circumference and Overall strengthen the whole body.
