Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:
- wake up at 8:30 - blue light - morning pages - 8 Pomodori Do these first thing in the morning without delay. Reasonable flexibility, e.g. an appointment or a conference call. Otherwise, this gets done first thing in the morning, i.e. out of the house by around 9:00, morning pages at a cafe, and then 8 Pomodori. Wednesdays is the same thing except 4 Pomodori instead of 8. 4th of July is a holiday, so I'll work Sunday July 3 instead as a full 8P day.
