WEEK 5;
After a successful week 4 and similar goals for week 5 it was much easier to get through my goals. I'm getting used to the protein breakfast and it's seriously helping me get through the day till lunch - I'm also finding that I'm craving water when I haven't had any in a little while.
Feeling a lot more comfortable with my body, most likely because I'm feeling healthier and not sluggish.
Even running the tan is getting easier. Poofy thoughts are still there occasionally but I understand that's a slow boat to China and just gotta keep at my journal and crushing the darkness one step at a time :)
