no: dairy, sugar, wheat, meat, fried things - raw fish ok - eggs ok on weekends - 1 small cheat item ok on sundays (i.e. piece of chocolate, taste of something. NOT a full meal) FOOD week 3-6 no dairy, sugar, wheat or meat, fried things. - raw fish ok - chicken ok - eggs ok on weekends - 6 point cheat system per week WORKOUT 5 workouts minimum per week” - (3) yoga, barre or pilates - (1-2) personal training - (1-2) treadmill - 30 mn - 4 min plank series every day - PT every day
