| I started my contract 10 weeks ago with a goal of losing 14 pounds and getting from 224 to 210. Instead I wound up losing twice that, and a tiny bit more! | |

| I'm hoping to be at 195 for my last weigh-in on October 11 (that's when my stickk.com contract runs out) and if I make that, I'll officially be 'not overweight' according to the Body Mass Index. 195 is the point at which a 6'2" male isn't overweight (or, if he's heading north, becomes overweight). I'd like to keep going south, but given that my original goal was to get down from the 224 I weighed at the beginning of August to 210 by the time I started the Philadelphia Breast Cancer 3-Day, 195 would be pretty good for now. Once I get done walking the sixty miles in Philadelphia the weekend of October 16-17-18, I may actually weigh MORE due to water retention and all the snacking they encourage you to do, but I may thereafter start a new contract with a new target goal of, I dunno, 185 or 180. | |
