the weekend was quiet not as per my schedule. I admit, i failed here. I would accept that i wasn't to my great this week. The whole week i was strick and went as per the plan. But weekend, i let it all go away. Big victories rquire great discipline and i and moving into this new week with more etermination and love for myself

as per as m diet goes. i am quiet strick with what i eat. my dinner is done by 7. i am planning to stick to a more clean diet in days to come as i get finances clear.

workout is a little low. but i am hitting the gym 5 times a week doing more of functional training. i a couple of days will get more strick with my strength training program

i have been quiet lay since i started this commitment. i really feel pathetic that i have not stuck to what i commited and will work on it instantly.

DAY 3 - Missed my workout due to meetings all day. Todays food habit also went for a toss. I wont give up. tomm will make it up.
