I commit to eating clean foods that are grain and sugar free. I will allow myself 1 meal per week that I am allowed alcohol and grain/sugars. My goal is to be at a weight of 55.5kg by August 31.

Didn't achieve goal but was certainly more mindful. Weight .6 off goal and training has started improving so will get there in next couple of weeks.
