I will commit to weight lifting and aerobic exercise 5 days a week and distance running the 6th day (leaving one day rest). I will no longer eat fast food or drink any form of soda or unhealthy drink. I will lose AT LEAST 40 pounds and maintain my weight. I will not have more than 1 cheat meal/snack in a week. (The cheat meal/snack does not allow for fast food/drink or any sugar intense food/drink). I commit to an all around healthy lifestyle and change!!
