| Great job, Bette! 16.5 lbs! Are you done or are you going to do it again? I think I am going to do it again - this time for 9 weeks (I thought 12 weeks was the minimum). I am going to start Monday and that will end Jan. 4. I am going to increase my exercise to 3x week and my penalty to GW Bush and his library to $10/week. In January I am going to add a weight loss goal - I have to. I am at my all time high and Kevin has gained all of the weight that he lost back as well. | |
