| Crazy for the first time I have not touched or rubbed myself in any way.....it was hard but I can think so much clearer and I feel better about myself for kicking this addiction | |

Going good. Have not beet my meat. I feel so much more focused and free. I know have learned and proven that urge to do it is caused by fear and by going towards the problem head on I feel more fulfilled and actually feel my self esteem increase |
