Week 2 of 2
DavidOrtega commits to:
- Not eat any bread, pizza, pasta, cookies or cake. No exception, even if I'm eating out.
- Only eat from 12 PM to 7 PM. - Do 20 minutes of cardio per day. If I miss one day, I can make up for it the next day. I cannot miss more than one day at a time. - Report each successful day in my journal. - Report my weight in my journal every day starting 09/05/16
