| I failed again! next week I will do this. I had training camp this weekend so that was 9 hours but I didn't do the rehab and strengthening I wanted to do. | |

| goddammit , I only got to do some quick rehab and my beach training on Saturday. it was really hard though.. I was wrecked afterwards. still that's not what the goal is about. I think that the parent teacher interviews mucked it up last week and I didn't find a way around it. This week should be good. | |
