- Research everything connected to how to get the right amount of sleep each night
- Learn several types of meditations, so I can calm my mind and sleep well at night - Find the right types of food that helps promoting sleep, and when to eat it - Exercise every day, so I can sleep well. - Lose 1 LB a week from sleeping 8-9 hours a night - Update and refine this report as I go along with this goal, and see what else is necessary
