- Create a schedule of which type of exercises and when
- Create a vision for the results I want to achieve (i.e. be an acrobat, yogist, Kung fu fighter, aerial yoga artist etc)
- Implement that with discipline

I was walking a lot after the visit to the doc on Wednesday, September 15th. I found I have an app that I didn't know on my iphone under health that said I have walked for 2.68 miles. Plus I found out that vigorous belly exercises before sleeping does help me a lot to release in the bathroom! So I started those belly exercises each night since Thursday, September 15th

That is a lot of exercise, Geeky--you only need @ 30 minutes a day. Start with that and go from there.
Also--I want a photo of you playing the didgeridoo.

Adding to this goal, every day:
- before I fall asleep: belly exercises, back stretching, and
Aerial hammock exercises
- when I wake up - stretching exercises: back, legs, arms
- Double chin reduction exercises
- Dance
- Push ups and sit ups
