dhnsingh commits to:
Saying my prayers daily, and meditating for 5 minutes every day. I need not say why. Let 'spiritual healing' sum it up. It also helps focus in on goals and such. Preferably, I'd like to do these things in the morning for maximum impact, and not leave them like a looming commitment till the end of the day. Regardless of when I fulfill this commitment during the day, it is bound to have some effect.
