Well its been a rough week and I already fell off the diet that I was doing. The startup i've been working on for a while kinda came to a halt this week and took comfort in Oreo shakes and pizza for a day. That was a day day but the next day I had a choice. Do I fail to get healthy once again, remain weak and hopeless, AND GIVE $30+ TO THE TRUMP? No. So I made a few variations. I quit the slow carb diet. I don't think I can remain happy and sane on it and I don't think its a long term solution for me. Instead, I am just going to focus on doing it the old fashioned way. Putting good stuff in my body and be as active as I can be. The picture was taken right as a weighed myself. |

| Starting picture is first and my week two weigh in id the second picture. Not too many differences but thats normal, even for 10 pounds. its only been one week. | |
