I'm starting much earlier my routine, but i'm spending too much time in it. I have to optimize it taking into account, that i'm already worthy of all the results that i choose.

I am getting better and better with this commitment, i am getting rid of losing time in social media and that has allowed me to manage my activity in time much better.
