I think in order to be happy , you have to overcome yr problems , become bigger than yr problem. Say if yr problem is in level 7 and you are in level 4, it will seem like a huge problem to you . But once you grow yrself to become level 10 person , the problem will be just a fly , not a problem anymore . So in order to stay healthy and get it out of my way to solve other challenges , I will create a routine for it . I will exercise 6 days a week , go swimming on Wed and Friday , yoga on Sat. Exercise at home / running on the road : Monday , Tuesday , Thursday and Sunday . Exercise starts at 6.30pm and once I get home , I have to leave my house after 5 mins to start my exercise .
I can't stay at home for too long ,I tend to procrascinate and become lazy not doing exercise |

I start to think that may be I need to make my exercise a schedule , which means that I need to create a system for it to make it more consistent so I can develop more habits in my life . At the moment , I do exercise everyday but the time varies , whenever I am free so I still need a bit of willpower to do it . But it is proven that willpower is not reliable , it depends on yr energy level to work and yeah , tell me about the energy level when you reach home at 6pm and crazy hungry and tired after a long day . But waking up early is pretty challenging for me . I still prefer doing exercise at 6.30 pm everyday . Let's make that a routine .
And I will clean my room on Thursday night , at 8pm , after dinner . I want to ensure I will get all of these habits before moving on to the next one. |
