JeremyStein commits to:
I will not eat any sweets (including artificial sugar). This includes diet soda, protein bars with sugar or artificial sweetener, sweetened dried fruit, and trail mix that includes chocolate, and jam or jelly.
Whole fruit is fine. Dishes that have a small amount of sugar as an ingredient are OK as long as no one would consider them a dessert.
