DavidOrtega commits to:
- be in bed by 3:15 AM after cleaning the house and getting my clothes ready for the next day.
- wake up at 9:15 AM, walk Chewie and immediately go to my office by 9:45 AM. - work on "Trigger" for 3 hours, the first of which must be done in complete silence. - work out 1 hour immediately after. - after 6:00 PM, only eat one lean cuisine until the next day 12 PM. After 8:30 PM I can only have coffee, water, gum and diet sodas until 12 PM the next day.
