After a series of disheartening stickk failures, I've decided I should recast this as "train for a 5k" so that I have something other than "habit formation" to look forward to at the end of this experiment. I'm going to follow the "beginner's plan for running a 5k" from runnersworld.com ... let's see how it goes!

Ok, I made this week, but only because I turned into one of those stereotypical weekend warriors and jogged twice on the weekend. So although this is technically a success, it's NOT the point of this stickk.

This planning thing is killing me. For the previous two weeks, I've been doing just fine with getting in _one_ jog on the weekend, but somehow my weekdays just zoom right by before I have a chance to lace up my shoes!

(ok, it's not literally that bad, but you get the picture!)
