DavidOrtega commits to:
- Only have Kefir, flaxseed, protein powder, coffee, gum and water until tomorrow 12 PM.
- Have eggs/fish with spinach, tomatoes and onions (or other veggies) and 1/2 cup of oatmeal as my very first meal for the day and not eat for another 2 hours after that. - Only eat a lean cuisine after 5 PM until the next day at 12 PM. - Work out a minimum of 60 minutes if I get off before 1:15 AM from work. - Be in bed tomorrow night by 3:30 AM.
