| Another snow day and I know if I don't log this now (5:30AM) I'll forget about it later! Quantity of email in inbox is down in general so much easier to get to team emails in particular. Managed to read ALL email a few times...which is ultimate goal...so happy about this goal :) | |

Staff have been getting responses; they don't always feel that there is a decision made or resolution. Something to be mindful of. Due to historic lack of email response, staff have avoided sending Kristen emails, as they don't feel they will get a reply

After reaching out to Kristen's staff for their feedback, the consensus was that she met her goal this week, as she was responding to their emails in a timely fashion.

Realizing I could have been super, super specific with my goal - as in, only responding to inquiries or defining business days. I think some of my team was testing me after I let them know of my goal...all in good fun of course...by replying to my reply. Also, I'm finding that this contract has put this goal as my #1 priority! I've read/responded to team email (and, have to admit, I check for Sue and Jen too) and other email/stuff is falling through cracks. Hmmmmm
.
