| I don't think anyone reads this except my referee anyway (Hi Mom!) but I will go ahead and say I expect to be finished with the first draft by this time next week. After that I will begin editing and working on the second story. | |

| I guess this is just the kind of thing I needed. I worked really hard on this, even though I didn't really feel up to it after Christmas. I pushed myself and got 8 scenes written. It's not so much that I don't want to lose $5.00 it's just that I did not want to fail period. I like ticking off successes and didn't want to mark one as a failure. It's psychological. Jerry Seinfeld said when he was starting out in comedy he had to write jokes everyday and he would put a big red X on the calendar each day. He kept going because he didn't want to break the chain. So it's kind of like that. I'm on track to finish this story ahead of time so I will probably just go on to the next one. I love this site and I'm going to use it for other things too. | |

| Everything is coming along well. I'm pleased and excited with the progress being made. This is a novella, not a full fledged novel, so will only be about 20,000 words give or take a few thousand. It will be available on Amazon Kindle in Spring 2017. Merry Christmas. | |
