I shall messure this by creating a little behavior chart that i tape to my desk and i shall check off each day that i accomplish this feat of planning most important tasks the night before and setting next actions.

the days i shall do this nightly planning are

Sept 17th - Sept 24th

lol, ouch, prob already have
as the thing ive been bad at practicing when ever i need to get to work is sticking with something till the end, as since i got depressed and couldnt focus in school i prob did anything but study because i found it near imposible to ever get through any thing, thus cramming...i need to gradually improve on any of this i know. admitedly i will give you a report tonight of whats gone on.

ive done slight improvments here....there was some time wasted...today i have failed admitedly on the 4hour part.

i got in 1hour 30min thus far on a job hunt - prob more focused on finding one than i have been thus far, so while not 4 - a good start at least.

my plan will be done upstairs before bed after looking through my master todolist

other than that, i did do single tasking at points, its not going to happen all the time as i tend to fall into scattered multitasking which gets me knowwhere - i tend to loose track of what im doing it seems.

but other than that - i did make an improvment today - this is something that will probably last longer than this

but i'll make you a micro bet here - i do bet you a drink that if i dont get 4 hours in tomorrow, then i will buy you a drink.


other than that, appreciate you being here to kinda cheer me on louis, pick one for your self if you want, as this site does push you to do more.

ive done well with the To-do list so far and daily planing - ive started using remember the milk and have kinda set up a little system their - i tend to jump systems so often admitedly its kinda bad..but at least i have something that works. i shall make another one of these commitments for sure to keep making progress on this aspect of my life.

i admit, last night i did a bs planning session as i went to bed..i will not count planning from now on unless i actually sit down and write it out - ideally it should be about 15 min of planning. also i started using rememberthemilk.com to kinda give my todo list some structure.

just did another day of night view - tommorow i plan on getting up - throwing headphones in - contacts - coffee to hopefully stimulate me a bit ( moms been getting mad at me eating to much latley - hopefully this will tone it down a bit) and then i will start following my to-do list.

other than that no play attention tommorow - cant afford to zonk my self out every night. - sides that hurt when i fell tonight
