lilc20 commits to:
Eating fruits and veggies, whole grains, protein (well balanced diet on a regular basis).
Limiting my sweets intake to one choco kiss a day, a special k choco bar a day, or quaker cake a day. Also, having a starbucks ONLY on Thursdays and a Skinny cow, low fat ice cream, or cupcake/ high cal dessert on Sundays.

This week was a little tough- I make dessert for my church's homeless events on wednesdays and for some of my friends on the weekends so it was hard not being bale to eat with them. I did try a crumb of the cake- but I feel like it was much more progress than what I have been doing. It was very rewarding being able to have a small treat today ( a mini cheesecake I made for the girls on friday). So far so good ( I need to get more veggies!)
