Eating fruits and veggies, whole grains, protein (well balanced diet on a regular basis).
Limiting my sweets intake to one choco kiss a day, a special k choco bar a day, or quaker cake a day. Also, having a starbucks ONLY on Thursdays and a Skinny cow, low fat ice cream, or cupcake/ high cal dessert on Sundays.
