molleyk commits to:
I'll complete a whole60 and then either a successful reintroduction OR continue on with the whole60 plan of eating. I'll stick to all parts of the whole60 to include no grains, dairy, legumes, soy or peanuts. All meals will include a protein and a vegetable and no weighing in until after day 30. In rare emergency cases, I may eat one compliant bar to tide me over until a proper meal).
