| Here's a before and after. It's a pretty big improvement, even made my chin bigger. I'm probably the same weight in both pictures, maybe a little lighter in the before picture. I'm very happy with the results. | |

| I did it! I wore my retainer much more than I used to, and my palate is definately wider. I will upload a photo from today. I will renew this challenge as well because there's more I can do with my palate with just the retainer. | |
